All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

ORYN reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including where fraud is suspected, payment cannot be authorised, stock becomes unavailable, or pricing errors have occurred.


3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing is accurate, ORYN reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund where necessary.


4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before any order is dispatched.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All payment transactions are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

ORYN does not store your payment card information.


5. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

ORYN is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, industrial action or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery.


6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free from marks, odours or damage
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

ORYN reserves the right to refuse refunds where returned items do not meet these conditions.

Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

We make every effort to accurately display our products.

However, colours may vary depending on your device, monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Measurements are provided as a guide and minor manufacturing tolerances may occur.

ORYN reserves the right to cancel orders where promotional codes have been used fraudulently or contrary to their intended purpose.
